Everybody got on the plane and was flown to the bottom of Mt. Everest. They looked up and marveled at the size of it.
"Wwwoowww, that's BIG!" said Talon amazed.
"I never realized it was so big!" added Ryanne.
"I can't see the top," Sirin pointed out.
"Well lets get crackin'!" Bod exclaimed.
They started up the mountain and Talon was taking pictures left and right. They had a lot of supplies like a radar device to locate the gun that is trapped in the mountain. They also had food to last them a few months, sleds to carry all their supplies on, a lot of cloths, and their weapons of course.
While they were climbing up Mt. Everest for the twelfth day somehow an avalanche broke off and they fell half way down. It took six days to get up that far, but it took only one and a half since they knew what to expect. On their journey Sirin tripped over something. When they pulled it out it was the gun. They looked at their radar. It turns out someone tampered with it so it would lead them approximately two miles away from the gun so every other country could get it first. On their way down they became suspicious of each other. Only Talon and Sirin weren't suspicious of one another. When they got back everything was going crazy.
"Thank God you are here," exclaimed the Admiral.
"That's what you get when you gone for a month," said Bod.
"I guess none of us is a spy," Ryanne thought out loud.
After the Admiral summarized what happened they went to the main memory to see exactly what had happened while they were gone. They found out that the computer crashed just before they left and everything else went with it. One piece of equipment after another. Like the Y2K bug in the year 2000.
"So our radar was one of the first thing to go haywire?" Sirin said questioningly.
"Yes, that sounds right and no wonder I couldn't get a soda out of the vending machine!" Bod exclaimed.
"I knew none of us were spies," Talon said.
"Okay who is good with computers?" Ryanne asked every one.
"We are" Talon and Sirin said together. "Our hobby used to be hacking in to computers!"
"We can find out what happened in at least 72 hours," Sirin said proudly.
"If you can do that then get started!" exclaimed Bod.
"Then get us a lot of coffee," Talon said.
Bod got them forty liters of coffee to keep them awake for a while. All they needed now was peace and quite. They hooked up to the main computer and started hacking into it. An hour later they were still trying to hack into the main computer.
"Man the security on this thing is hard to get through," said Talon.
"Well did you think it was going to be easy we need to keep some things secret!" Bod exclaimed.
"I know we have to keep secrets, but this many?" Talon said.
Talon and Sirin got back to trying to hack into the computer, three hours went by and they were still trying to get into the main computer. Then a half hour later Sirin got into the short term memory then Talon got into the short term memory as well then at the same time they got into the long term memory about a day and a half from when they started.
"Were almost there Bod" Sirin said proudly.
When Sirin got to the memory source it was an hour away from when he wanted to access.
"Dang!! I was so close," exclaimed Talon.
"Wait Bod don't you know the passwords to get in to the memory?" Sirin questioned.
"No, just because I'm a General doesn't mean they give me all the passwords to the main computer" Bod replied.
"Do they tell you any passwords?" asked Talon.
"No, they just put me in charge of the troops" Bod answered.
"Will that sucks" said Sirin.
"Come on now lets try to get the memory uncovered," said Sirin.
Still they spent hours trying to get into the main computer.
"I GOT IT!!!", Sirin yelled triumphantly.
"Lets see it looks complicated" Talon said.
"Looks like they had a little more experience than we have, he put a complicated password on here, he would have had to write it down to access it again" Sirin explained.
"I wondered why he did that?" questioned Ryanne.
"Probably so no one to can accesses it," replied Bod.
"Now we have to try harder to accesses what he did to the computer" Talon complained.
Another hour went by and they still didn't figure out the password. When they finally figured it out they found out what kind of virus that whoever put in to the main computer.
"Wow this looks complicated," Sirin said.
"What makes it so complicated?" Ryanne asked.
"I never saw anything like this before" Sirin replied.
"It seems to be the type of virus that spreads in to any electrical unit with in a two mile radius," Talon read out loud.
"Bod is there anything within a two miles of here?" Talon asked.
"No, I don't think so but I will check," Bod said.
Then Bod left Talon, Sirin, and Ryanne alone to figure out how to fix the computer. What is with all these passwords? All of them thought at one time or another. Just then Bod burst through the door.
"There is nothing within a twenty mile radius of here," Bod said out of breath.
"I GOT IT!" Talon yelled.
"Finally! It only took you guys three days."
"There we go, everything should be restored in a day," Talon said.
"Good thing that is over with," Ryanne said.
"Do think we can kick back and relax now?" Sirin asked.
"Probably," replied Bod.
"Well what do you guys want to do?" Ryanne asked.
"I don't know what do you want to do?" asked Bod.
"I don't know what do you want to do?" asked Talon.
"I don't know what do you want to do?" asked Sirin.
"Hey let's all go home and visit our families," answered Ryanne.
"How long has it been since you last saw your family Talon," asked Bod.
"Three years," Talon said.
"Nine," Bod said.
"Six for me," Sirin said.
"How 'bout you Ryanne how long?" Bod said.
"I'm an orphan I just wanted to get away from that place so a signed up here," Ryanne replied.
